Services & Approaches
Grounded in science. Guided by compassion.

I specialize in working with children, parents, and couples who are navigating distress, trauma, transitions, or disconnection. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where each client feels understood, supported, and empowered — whether that means a toddler learning to regulate big emotions, a new parent recovering from a difficult birth, or a couple learning to reconnect after years of disconnection.

My Approach

I use evidence-based, developmentally informed, and trauma-responsive therapies. I am certified in both:

-
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) – a structured, evidence-based treatment to help children and adolescents process trauma in a safe and supportive way.
-
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) – a powerful intervention that helps strengthen the parent-child relationship and reduce behavioral concerns in young children.
-
In couples therapy, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners better understand their emotions, communicate their needs, and restore safety and closeness in the relationship.

No matter the modality, my work is rooted in attachment theory, cultural humility, and collaboration. I tailor each treatment plan to your unique needs and values, moving at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Languages & Cultural Awareness
I speak Polish and have a deep personal understanding of the immigrant experience and first-generation family dynamics. I strive to provide culturally responsive care and hold space for the ways cultural identity, heritage, and intergenerational history shape our emotional worlds.
