I provide therapy for children, parents, individuals, and couples using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and developmentally sensitive approaches. Below are the core services I offer.
For caregivers of infants, toddlers, and young children (ages 0–7)
I help families navigate common and complex early childhood challenges, including tantrums, sleep difficulties, feeding issues, anxiety, and trauma responses. I use Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and other attachment- and behavior-based models to strengthen the parent-child relationship and promote emotional regulation, communication, and connection.
For individuals and couples during pregnancy and the first years after birth
Becoming a parent can bring joy — and also overwhelm, anxiety, loss, and identity shifts. I support individuals and couples through fertility challenges, pregnancy complications, NICU experiences, postpartum depression/anxiety, and the adjustment to parenthood. I offer a space for reflection, healing, and building resilience during this transformative life stage.
For youth impacted by trauma or adversity
Using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and other evidence-based treatments, I help children and adolescents process traumatic experiences in a safe and structured way. I also support caregivers in understanding trauma responses and learning how to co-regulate, rebuild trust, and support healing at home.
For couples seeking to strengthen connection, resolve conflict, or heal from disconnection or distress
I work with couples navigating communication issues, transitions (e.g., new parenthood), trauma histories, and relational ruptures. My approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping partners reconnect by understanding underlying emotions, attachment needs, and relational patterns.
Short-term guidance for families or professionals
In addition to therapy, I offer one-time or short-term consultations focused on parenting strategies, behavioral concerns, school issues, or trauma-informed care approaches for professionals working with children.
In-home sessions are available on a limited basis for clients located in the Los Angeles area. This option can be especially helpful for families with young children, new parents adjusting to life postpartum, or clients seeking support in the comfort of their own space. If you're interested in in-home therapy, please reach out to discuss availability and logistics.
For clients who feel more at ease outside the traditional therapy setting, I offer sessions in natural environments such as local parks, the beach, or on gentle hikes. Nature-based therapy can support mindfulness, reduce stress, and help foster meaningful conversations in a more relaxed, open-air setting.
These sessions are available on a limited basis in the Los Angeles area and can be a great fit for individuals, parents, or couples who enjoy being outdoors.
